1. Please print out the eBay invoice or have the item number ready
2. Please Do not pay by Paypal if you would like to pick up the item at our office.  If Paypal payment is made by mistake, we will refund it while you pick up the item.
3. We accept cash only for local pickup.  No personal check/money order will be accepted.
4. There will be a handling fee for Local Pickup
5. Sales tax is 7.75% for California Residents only.
6. For security purposes, we might verify your name and address from eBay invoice.
7. Our office hours are Monday to Saturday 12-6pm.  Sunday Closed.
8. Please give us a call for availability and arrangement at least one day in advance.
9. You can inspect the item after payment is made.  No inspection before the auction ends.  This is store and insurance company's policy, no exception.
