YOUR BID IS AN AGREEMENT TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS!

1. Payments MUST be received within 5 Business Days!  Please let us know if you need more time.  Any items that do not leave our warehouse will cost us money so we have to strictly enforce this policy.  Checks/Money Orders must be postmarked within 5 days unless you send us a payment delay note.
2. A maximum payment delay for both Paypal and Money Order is 10 days.  Please send us a notice if you need payment delay.
3. Please check your email (including your bulk) for our payment requests or invoices. 
4. Please do not bid if you DO NOT INTEND TO PAY.  All unpaid items will automatically be reported to eBay unpaid resolution dispute.  This might result in a negative feedback without further notice.  Once feedback is left, it cannot be removed by us or by eBay.  If a bid is mistakenly placed and you cannot retract, please contact us as soon as you can to avoid the unwanted transactions.
5. No Shipping Outside the Contiguous 48 United States  Canada, Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico are exceptions.. 
6. You, the Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges and please keep in mind that we will NOT be responsible for any breakage or claims of breakage resolutions if you did not purchase insurance. 
7. Shipping costs and methods will always be plainly posted with each item and is non-negotiable! Unlike other sellers, there are NO hidden charges or costly handling fees and you ALWAYS know up front what your shipping will be!
8. International buyers ask before bidding.
9. Disclaimer*: We are not authorized Dealer for any electronic items listing on eBay; therefore, no manufacture warranty is offered.
10. As a licensed business in the state of California, we are obligated to collect taxes from CA residents/winning bidders.
11. We do not have specialists to examine and certify to originality of the products. Thus, we decide the originality of products based on the owner's comments and the manufacturer's names and logos on the products. Bidders must be aware of any false of originality. We do not hold any responsibility for any false of the originality.
12. All sales are final.  We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds except for some circumstances authorized by one of our staff.  Please contact us within 3 days if you find anything not stated in our listing.  The restocking fee is 15%, buyers are responsible for all shipping charges.
13. We reserve the right to cancel the auction listing before its ending time if there is a listing error including, but not limited to: confusion, duplicates, defectiveness, information, legal action.
